In the MCR, we understand that different students will have different experiences and come from different backgrounds. As part of our efforts to be inclusive, we try to foster better, open conversations about issues surrounding race, gender, sexuality, (dis)ability, class, and other markers of identity. We do this not to reduce people down to their identity, but to meet them where they are. The materials provided on this page will be used in MCR Respect workshops, which aim to get the conversation around these issues started.
